Spielberg’s 1991 Film, “Hook” inspired the concept for this shoot; it plays with the idea of a grown-up Pan struggling to remember his true identity—longing for Neverland. Colton’s ethereal look and poetic movement emoted the nostalgia, whimsy, and melancholy of this story. I’m an artist who loves reflect on and point to what makes life meaningful and magical: imagination, depth, wonder, memories, dreams, love. The mundane, routine, and hardship will often try to drown us… and so, every now and again, we all must find our way back to Neverland.
